Subscribe to RiskAssess

When you subscribe to RiskAssess, you and all other school staff at the same campus will be able to use RiskAssess for a year for the annual charge of $160 (+GST). A single RiskAssess subscription covers a school campus, and allows each member of staff to perform an unlimited number of risk assessments.

Once you have completed the form below, you will be emailed an invoice (you do not need to pay online). Your school can pay the invoice by EFT or cheque. Once payment is received, your account will be activated.

School Name:: The full name of your school that you would like on documents. Eg, "Sydney Grammar School".
User Name:: Used for logging in to the system. This should be something short and easy to type. Eg, "SGS".
Password:: Used for logging in to the system. Your password must be at least 4 characters long.
